CAKE stands for: Coffee And Kindness Everyday. We believe that both (coffee and kindness) are best, when shared. But what is kindness, anyway? And can it really be the inspiration for a company?
We think it can be.
We think it has to be.
"Kindness" is a word that can be used loosely but, for us, it is everything. It's how we choose suppliers and it's how we choose our partners. It helps us work out what we want to say and who we want to say it to. (Hint: it's you.) Kindness informs us of possible collaborators, while at the same time reminding us of who we are and why we're doing this.
Kindness guides us towards making decisions that are best for the planet and best for the people on it, but - as a theme - it also allows us to enjoy the act of creating.

CAKE was born from the frustration that finding a delicious coffee could often be tough.
Too many times, we found ourselves wanting (needing?) a really good cup but just not having access to one.
We couldn’t accept that.
We began exploring a way of getting specialty coffee into environments where traditonally there was none.
After years of research and product development, we found that the best way to give people a convenient way to enjoy world-class coffee was to make it cold and to put it in a can.
With our proprietary, innovative cold-brew technology, we have produced three delicious coffees that are ready-to-drink, on the go, wherever and whenever you want them.

With kindness as a guiding theme, we do our very best to make specialty coffee approachable and to make it accessible.
We want to make it convenient, too. It should be easy to get your hands on a great coffee.
